Col. (R) Nawab Ali's professional experience
spans over forty years and includes assignments in the Army, private
sector and Government organizations engaged in the planning, development
and implementation of projects and marketing the same for the private
and public sector organizations. As a Director of PROMARK, he has worked
in the preparation of company profiles and credit reports, and Environmental
Impact Assessment (EIA) reports for various projects and has coordinated
marketing research activities. He has worked as the Census Commissioner
for Agricultural Census Organization, Government of Pakistan, Lahore;
Director Projects for Panasian Marketing Services and Swedish Motors,
Lahore; Deputy Commandant / Chief Instructor for the College of Electrical
and Mechanical Engineering (EME), Rawalpindi; and Director Technical
for National Logistics Cell (NLC), Rawalpindi. In addition, he served
in the Army at various technical and administrative posts. He has taught
business courses in various business institutes in Lahore, and has been
on the guest speaker list of Army School of Logistics, Murree and Government
Engineering Academy, Lahore for the last many years. He is a Professional
Engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, fellow Institute
of Engineers (Pakistan), and member Institute of Engineers (Australia).
He has participated in many high level meetings in Japan, Hong Kong,
Sweden and Norway, and has international marketing experience and contacts.
Shehzad Ahmed, PE

Mr. Ahmed has worked as a Plant Manager for a
leading pharmaceutical company near Lahore, and as a consulting engineer
and marketing analyst for companies in the USA. He has also worked as
a Research Associate at the Lahore University of Management Sciences
(LUMS) in Lahore and as a Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University,
Ames, USA. His areas of expertise are quality management, environmental
services, marketing research, production planning, manufacturing systems,
and project management. As a Director at PROMARK, he has worked in the
preparation and implementation of ISO 9000 quality management systems,
and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports for various projects
and has coordinated activities in the social and marketing research
areas. He is trained in Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Rapid
Rural Appraisal (RRA) tools. He has also taught MBA courses in the business
institutes in Lahore. He is a Professional Engineer registered with
Pakistan Engineering Council; life member of Alpha Pi Mu, Industrial
Engineering Honor Society (USA), Institute of Engineers (Pakistan),
and Marketing Association of Pakistan; and member of Management Association
of Pakistan and Rotary International fellowship on Environment. He has
successfully passed Lead Auditor Course and is registered as Auditor
with IRCA, UK and as consultant with Asian Development Bank. He is also
Co-convener of Standing Committee of Science & Technology at the
Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Dr. Ashraf Khan Kayani

Dr.
Kayani is an International consultant registered with WHO, World Bank,
UNICEF, UNDP, FAO, UNFPA and many other International organizations.
He has carried out his consulting and research assignments in the USA,
Canada, Saudi Arabia, Chile and Pakistan. His work experience includes
serving as the President of Pakistan Association for Research and Development
Assistance [PARDA], a social welfare agency in Islamabad; as Director
Operations Research & Surveys at the Population Council; as Associate
Professor at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and as Senior
Research Officer in the Planning Secretariat, Alberta, Canada. His research
interests are in social and health planning, maternal health and need
assessments, human fertility, mortality and social problems, and marketing
research. He has over forty publications to his credit. He is a member
of Population Association of America, Federation of Canadian Demographers,
Society of Edmonton Demographers, Pakistan Statistical Association,
Pakistan Sociological Association and Futuristic Foundation & Institute
of Pakistan.
Shuja ud Din Bhatti

Mr. Bhatti has over
fourteen years experience in the marketing research and data collection
coordination. He has worked with Versatile Research Systems (Pvt) Ltd,
Aftab Associates and Lever Brothers in various capacities. He has been
involved in the recruitment and training of surveyors, and has successfully
supervised field operations, sales promotion campaigns, discounted sales
and publicity and back-checking activities for a number of organizations
including multinationals and donor agencies. He is trained in Participatory
Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) tools.
Khalil Mohammad
MBA (USA), BBA (USA), BSc (Pakistan), MMAP (Pakistan)
Mr. Khalil has
extensive experience in finance, marketing research, and education and
management consulting. He has worked as director of Edlink Consulting,
and for Idara-e-Kissan (Halla) and Taco Bell/PepsiCo, USA. He has been
involved in the development of research design and methodologies, corporate
image awareness, product positioning and competitive brand analysis.
He has supervised research carried out on products/services of Lever
Brothers, Proctor & Gamble, Avari, Green Dairies Ltd, Shaukat Khanum
Memorial Trust Cancer Hospital, H. Karim Buksh, Packages Ltd and PACE
store. He is a visiting faculty member at different business institutes
in Lahore and has taught various MBA courses. He is widely traveled
and is a member of Marketing Association of Pakistan.
Usman Ahmad

Imran Tippu

Mr. Imran Tippu has over six years experience in conducting
various field activities including Social and Marketing Research, Data
Collection, Door-to-Door Sales (DDS) and Discounted Sales. He has worked
on Pepsi Cola International projects, and World Bank and UNDP/AusAID
funded social research projects in urban as well as rural settings.
He has also supervised male/female teams for the DDS projects for the
products of multinational companies. He is trained in Participatory
